Open your Excel inventory sheet (the one with DIN, PRODUIT, DECOMPTE columns)

In Excel, go to File β†’ Save As, choose CSV (comma delimited) (*.csv) and save

Go to the Import tab, select "Migrate legacy inventory (DECOMPTE)"

Click "Upload CSV File" (Option A) and select the .csv file

RxStock will automatically use the 2nd DECOMPTE column (the physical count) as starting stock

Expired: Scan the product, select "Expired" and enter the quantity. Logged separately for audit trail.

Lost/Damaged: Scan the product, select "Lost/Damaged" and enter quantity with a note explaining the reason.

Manufacturer Balance: Scan the product, select "Transfer (balance mfr)" and use the note to indicate which manufacturer the units were originally attributed to.
